Delete your Nivesh Shubharambh account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data for the Nivesh Shubharambh mobile app (Android and iOS), published by Nivesh Shubharambh, Jaipur, India. You can make this request here, without needing to open the app.

Option 1 — Email

Whether you want the whole account deleted, or only specific data removed

Never include passwords, OTPs, bank account numbers or card details in your request. We will never ask you for them.

What happens after you ask

Step 1
We acknowledge

Within 2 working days we confirm your request and verify that you are the account holder.

Step 2
We delete

Your account is deactivated and your personal data is deleted within 30 days of verification.

Step 3
We confirm in writing

You receive written confirmation of what was deleted and what, if anything, we are legally required to retain.

What gets deleted

Your app login credentials and account profile
Your name, mobile number, email address and postal address held for app access
Goals, plans, notes and preferences you created inside the app
Device identifiers and app usage data associated with your account
Any documents you uploaded through the app that we are not legally required to retain

What we must retain, and for how long

We are an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund & SIF Distributor (ARN-250790) and an APMI Registered PMS Distributor (APRN-08721). Indian law requires us to keep certain records even after an account is deleted:

KYC records and transaction history — retained for at least 5 years after the end of the relationship, as required under the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 and SEBI regulations.
Investment records held by AMCs and registrars — your holdings are recorded by the Asset Management Companies and their registrars, not by us. Deleting your app account does not close or redeem any investment. To exit an investment, place a redemption request separately.
Accounting and tax records — retained for the periods required under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and applicable accounting rules.

Retained records are kept secured, are not used for marketing, and are deleted once the statutory period expires.
