Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 September 2026

We ask for as little information as we need, we tell you what we do with it, and we do not sell it. This page sets that out in plain terms.

1. Who we are

Nivesh Shubharambh (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a personal finance and investment management practice based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund & SIF Distributor (ARN-250790) and an APMI Registered PMS Distributor (APRN-08721).

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It applies to www.niveshshubharambh.com and its sub-pages.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call through our Microsoft Bookings calendar, call us or email us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation. The Risk Profile assessment on this site asks for your name and email so that we can send you your result.

Information you enter into our calculators. The figures you type into the SIP, Step-Up SIP, Daily SIP, Reverse SIP and SWP calculators and the Risk Profile assessment are processed in your own browser to display a result. We do not transmit or store these figures unless you choose to send them to us.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the date and time of your visit.

Information we do not ask for. Please do not send account numbers, passwords, one-time passwords, card details or other sensitive credentials through this website. We never ask for them here.

3. How we use your information

  • To contact you and arrange the conversation you requested.
  • To understand your requirements so that any discussion is relevant to your situation.
  • To provide the services you engage us for, and to meet our obligations as a registered distributor.
  • To comply with applicable law, regulation and the requirements of AMFI, APMI, SEBI, AMCs and registrars.
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of this website.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and where processing is necessary to provide a service you have requested or to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the address below.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We may share your information with:

  • Asset Management Companies, registrars and transfer agents, exchanges, insurers and other product providers, where necessary to execute a transaction you have authorised.
  • Service providers who operate our website hosting, email, scheduling and client portal, under a duty of confidentiality.

Third-party vendors and DoubleClick. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a person's prior visits to this or other websites, should we run advertising in future. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

How to opt out. You may opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
